Machined components:
TBR -FPT-10w is a insulation material developed and adapted for the applications such as Low Pressure Caster liners; Header plates; Pouring spouts; Thimbles & other machined components for Aluminum foundries.
TBR -FGA -1w is a machine able structural refractory insulation with a very fine micro structure of closed pores which gives it excellent thermal insulation properties. It is non-wetting by Aluminum. Floats; Skimmer paddles & Launder dams
Pre-cast shapes:
TBR - FGA -1 has a exceptionally high strength to density ratio, which suitable for thin shapes such as launders and runners. It is non-wetting to Aluminum and is easily patched by hand.
TBR - SiC - TUBE is a Alumina Bonded Silicon Carbide used for Globar protection tubes.
TBR - SiC - TCPT Alumina Bonded Silicon Carbide c/w steel cap fitting.
TBR - SiC is also used in other precast applications which require extreme strength and abrasion resistance.
Castable material:
A wide range of Castable materials are available for different applications.
TBR - FTM - 1 is a refractory castable with a high insulation value, strength and resistance to thermal cycling. Non-wetting by Aluminum
Coatings & Cement:
CFAG-2 CEMENT is a Ceramic Fiber Adhesive used to bond ceramic fiber components; coating for a wide range of refractory materials. It is non-wetting by Aluminum.
ALUMINUIM NON-WETTING PAINT is a non sticking coating for use on all surfaces in contact with molten Aluminum.
Mastic:
FIBER MASTIC Alumina enriched ceramic fiber in extrudable plastic form, supplied wet, ready to use, in mastic tubes.
